3 A player is any person connected to the game server. The administration and privileged players are no different from the rest - A player is a player

Communication

1.1 The use of voice changing programs is prohibited

1.2 Excessive insult of players is prohibited/Insult through "!admins" is prohibited

1.3 Any insult/mention of players' relatives in a bad way is prohibited
[Punishment: Mute all communications for 7 days]

1.4 It is forbidden to play music in voice chat
[Punishment: Mute 4 hours]

1.5 It is prohibited to violate server quotas (The microphone limit is written in the name of each server). Exception: Speak game information, or adequate behavior

1.6 Spam into microphone/chat (Shouting, spamming with identical messages)
[Punishment: Mute 4 hours]

1.7 Begging for anything from players, administration and project moderation is prohibited
[Punishment: Mute 1 day]

1.8 It is prohibited to advertise any servers, sites, services, etc., etc., if advertising does not apply to the project

1.9 Provocation to violate the rules (incitement)

1.10 Condemnation of administration/moderation actions on game servers is prohibited

1.11 Discussion of political topics related to wars is prohibited. It is prohibited to incite ethnic conflicts on servers. Nationalism is prohibited. Insulting players' countries is prohibited - 🇺🇦 and 🇷🇺

2.1 Use any software that is prohibited by the official Valve developer
[ Punishment: Ban forever]

2.2 Ignore administrators, refuse to check for cheats (if the administrator called you), refuse to provide account information< span class="rules_text_punishment">

2.3 It is prohibited to interfere with the normal game (For example: Specially shoot at him, throw him under legs grenades, block, intentionally interfere with shooting)

2.4 Any imitation of the project administration, in the nickname, in the chat, in the weapon name tag and in the tab tag. Use of prefixes, nicknames related to project management positions

2.5 Deception/misleading other players is prohibited (For example: impersonating Project administration, sale of server privileges, trade, phishing links, and other dubious offers)

Admin rules

3.1 It is prohibited to execute commands on a player without a given reason

3.2 It is prohibited to transfer or resell the account to other people

3.3 When issuing a punishment, you must indicate to the player the reason for which he violated

3.4 Failure to fulfill your duties as an administrator/moderator is prohibited. You are obliged to punish violators, check the player for cheats, etc.
